What is the restory behind this book for me?

Recently, I listened to a video interview in Hungarian. The video was about a family from Slovakia who moved to Ohio, USA, and nowadays they have a distillery factory in Miami, Florida.
Why is Ohio interesting?
A lot of Americans asked them, What can you do there?
The reason for Ohio and Slovakia has a long History.
In 1892, the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Union was founded. For the 60th anniversary they published a cook book in 1952.
I will share some recipes from that book and more.
